Cancellation, Return and Delivery Conditions

RETURNS & RETURNS SUPPORT

Returns are accepted for confirmed defective products. Contact Returns Support within 7 days of receiving your order and send photos of the defect. Before sending any items back, discuss and agree on the return shipping arrangements with your Pamina sales representative. Pamina covers return shipping for confirmed defective products when arranged in advance with our team. Approved refunds are issued as store credit, not as a refund to the original payment method. PREPARING YOUR RETURN

Return the complete product with its accessories, original tags, packaging and delivery note. Items must not have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery. Include your order number, product code and photos of the defect when contacting our team. Keep your return tracking number.

STORE CREDIT

Once the defect and return are approved, the product amount is credited to your store account. Store credit does not expire.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, contact our customer service team before it is dispatched. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

After you submit your wholesale order, your sales representative will contact you to confirm the payment method, shipping arrangements and shipping cost. A credit card is not the only payment option; available methods are agreed with our team. Shipping is not included in the product total unless explicitly confirmed.

Dispatch and delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method. Your sales representative will confirm the estimated schedule before shipment.
