Answer: Unfortunately, we only sell wholesale, and each dress is sold only in series. Each series consists of
5 pieces of same model, one color, in different sizes.
2. How much is the shipping fee?
Answer: If you want us to send your parcel via DHL, after you have placed your order on the website,
you need to select DHL delivery, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your order and address.
You can also choose other cargo services. For more detailed information, you need to contact our manager.
3. How long is the delivery?
Answer: If you choose DHL delivery, it will take approximately 2-5 working days.

11. Where do you design and manufacture your products?
All of our products are produced in Turkey. Cutting, modeling, design, quality control, ironing, packaging and
shipping stages are carried out entirely in our own production facilities.
12. What is your official return policy?
At Pamina Kids, we are committed to offering our customers the highest quality products with a hassle-free and simple wholesale
purchasing experience. To ensure that the products we send to our customers do not contain any manufacturing defects,
we carefully check each product in your order for damage and defects by our quality control teams during the packaging of the product.
Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective. If you would like to return defective products,
please inform us on our WhatsApp line at +90 543 212 65 77. You must return and send images of the relevant defects within 7 days of
receipt of the goods. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or
damage or return postage costs incurred while returns are detained by third parties. Once we receive the returned product,
we will fully inspect the product and let you know within 7 days whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
It may take 3-10 business days for refunds to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's acceptance process.
Stock Exchanges
We will do our best to replace a defective product. If you are entitled to a replacement item and the item is out of stock
or no longer available for purchase, we will issue a store credit equal to the purchase amount of the defective item.
