To ensure that the products we send to our customers do not contain any manufacturing defects, we carefully check each product in your order for damage and defects by our quality control teams during the packaging of the product. Refunds We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective. You must return and send images of the relevant defects within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
