Q1: I registered but my data have changed, can I change them?

A1: After registration, you can access to your personal area. Here you can change your personal and business data, shipping and billing addresses at any time, always saving changes before leaving the section.

Q2: Do the prices in the catalog include VAT?

A2: All our prices in the catalog include VAT.

Q3: Are the items all original and new?

A3: Absolutely yes. Each item is shipped with a tag, packaging and original warranty certificate.

Q4: How do I know if an item is available?

A4: An item is available if you can select the quantity.

Q5: How do I find measurements?

A5: When you enter into details section of each products you can see the size chart under the "Size" section. Just click on it!

Q6: I placed an order, where can I see it?

A6: To see the status of your order, after confirming your basket, you can click "Profile", log in to your account, enter the "My Orders" section, view the status of your order and track the cargo.

Q7: Is it possible to edit an order?

A7: If you have paid and are having trouble with your order, you can contact our Customer Service and ask for assistance. If the product is not shipped, our customer service will assist you with the cancellation process. However, if the product is shipped, the responsibility belongs to the buyer. In this case, no cancellation is possible.

Q8: How long does it take to deliver the product I ordered to my address?

A8: Customers specify the place of delivery (country, region, county, etc.) of the goods they have chosen from the options on the page and fill in all the necessary fields in the form. Delivery time depends on location (country) and normally does not exceed 2-10 business days (excluding special holidays) from order acceptance.
